These Terms of Use describe the rules that apply when you access or use Omegle, including our website, web application, chat features, video features, subscriptions, virtual items, and related services. Omegle is operated by RC TECH AMERICA INC, a Delaware corporation with Delaware File Number 10509464 ("Omegle," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using Omegle, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Adults only (18+). You may use Omegle only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence.

Omegle provides an online social chat platform that can pair users for text, video, and other communication features. The service may include account features, matching features, paid subscriptions, virtual items, safety tools, and reporting tools.

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including where required for security, legal compliance, product operations, or community safety.

Some features require account registration. When creating or using an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including age-related information where requested. You must update your information when it changes.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register or use the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You may not sell, transfer, lend, or share your account with another person.
• You may not create an account using false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected account compromise.

We may refuse registration, require verification, suspend an account, terminate an account, or restrict access if account information is inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, underage, or otherwise violates these Terms of Use.

We may require age assurance before registration, before access to age-restricted features, or when account activity suggests that verification is needed. We use K-ID and its age assurance tools to help confirm that users meet the 18+ requirement. Depending on jurisdiction and available methods, verification may involve facial age estimation, a government ID scan with selfie match, credit card or other age signals, or other lawful verification methods. If you do not complete required verification or if verification fails, we may deny or restrict access.

You agree that you will not use Omegle to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, bully, impersonate, or defraud another person.
• Create, upload, request, transmit, display, or promote sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, non-consensual intimate material, or sexual harassment.
• Upload, post, or transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, invasive, hateful, violent, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Share personal data of another person without permission.
• Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated systems without our authorization.
• Interfere with the service, bypass safety controls, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use the service for spam, scams, malware, phishing, or other harmful activity.

You are responsible for the content and conduct you provide through the service. We may review, monitor, remove, restrict, or report content or accounts when we believe it is necessary to operate the service, enforce these Terms of Use, comply with law, prevent abuse, protect users, or maintain community safety.

Reports and safety handling are described in our Report Policy. We may preserve information and share it with service providers, payment processors, law enforcement, safety partners, or other authorities when permitted or required by law.

Omegle may offer paid features, subscriptions, virtual coins, gems, credits, boosts, gifts, or similar digital items. Prices, billing periods, benefits, and availability may vary by market, platform, offer, or account status.

If you buy a subscription, we will disclose the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation method before purchase. Subscription services may automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period, according to the payment processor or platform rules that apply to your purchase. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You may cancel future subscription renewals through the account, website, payment processor, app store, or platform flow made available for the purchase. Where required by law, we will provide renewal notices, reminders, or online cancellation options. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund a prior charge or the unused portion of a current billing period.

Omegle sells digital services and digital items only. We do not ship physical goods. Purchased digital access, subscription benefits, coins, gems, credits, boosts, gifts, or similar virtual items are normally delivered electronically to the account after payment is authorized and fraud, risk, or eligibility checks are completed. Delivery may be delayed or declined if payment fails, a transaction is flagged for review, the account is restricted, or legal or safety controls apply.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the rules of the payment processor, card network, app store, or platform through which the purchase was made.

Digital items, including coins, gems, credits, gifts, boosts, and other virtual items, are licensed for use within Omegle only. Coins/gems/virtual items have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or transferred. We do not provide cash withdrawals or balance withdrawals to users.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@omegle.com. We may ask for account, transaction, device, or payment details so we can review the request. Refund decisions may depend on payment processor requirements, fraud checks, service usage, and applicable law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the applicable payment processor, card network, app store, or platform. Once we approve or initiate a refund, the posting time is controlled by those providers and may take several business days. We do not issue refunds to a different card, bank account, wallet, or cash channel.

We may suspend or terminate paid features or accounts involved in payment fraud, unauthorized chargebacks, abuse of promotional offers, or other payment-related misuse.

Omegle and its service, design, software, features, trademarks, and content are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, we and our licensors retain all rights in the service.

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, transmit, or display through the service. By providing content, you grant Omegle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, publish, translate, distribute, and otherwise use that content to operate, improve, promote, protect, and provide the service.

If you believe content on Omegle infringes your copyright, send a notice to abuse@omegle.com or to RC TECH AMERICA INC, Copyright Agent, 8 The Green, Ste A, Dover, DE 19901, United States. Include your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove or restrict content and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

The service may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, identity providers, age assurance providers such as K-ID, analytics providers, safety vendors, or other services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and policies.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms of Use, created safety risk, caused payment risk, or used the service in a way that may harm Omegle, other users, or third parties.

Termination does not limit any rights or obligations that should reasonably survive, including payment obligations, safety obligations, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available in every location or on every device. You are responsible for your interactions with other users and for what you choose to share.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omegle, RC TECH AMERICA INC, and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, data loss, goodwill loss, or service interruption, arising from or related to your use of the service.

You may not use Omegle if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a person or entity in a country, region, or territory subject to U.S. sanctions or trade restrictions that prohibit the service. You may not use the service if you are listed on a restricted-party list or if your use would violate U.S. export control, sanctions, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, or similar laws.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This governing-law provision does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your place of residence.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
